Your information will come from current evidence (within the last 5 years is ideal) such as textbooks, clinical practice guidelines, scholarly journals, and professional association websites (ie: Canadian Pediatric Society, Society of Obstetricians of Gynecologists of Canada, etc).
Part 2: Design a visual “handout” (pamphlet). Included on this “handout” is information that you want your patient to know if they were told that they or their baby had developed this disorder. Remember to use simple language (as non-medical as possible).
