6. Assessment methodologies: How does the program determine it its intended student learning outcomes are achieved?
7. Evaluation: How does the organization determine if its operational and programmatic objectives are met? How is the information used to improve the enterprise? Is the program accredited? By whom?
8. Special/unusual issues: Any?
